Upon choosing a photo and size, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and order materials. A contract will be provided for review and signature to ensure clarity and protection for both parties. Payment options include Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, checks, and cash. 2 Send Me Your Photos

Where possible, I work with good-quality, digital photos, and I’m happy to receive as many as you’d like to send. We then work together to choose the best one for the portrait. Review Photo Guide HERE

I realize that many portraits are memorials, and I will work from poor-quality photos where higher-quality pictures aren’t available, but please understand that your portrait will be slightly less detailed.

3 It’s Drawing Time!

Each unique pet portrait is hand-drawn on a high-quality sheet of Claire Fontaine Pastelmat Paper, using only the lightfast colors from several sets/brands of pastel pencils; this way I can ensure the artwork will last for a lifetime at the very minimum – as it should. 4 Shipping

Only the finished piece (not framed/mounted) will be sent via USPS Mail – Tracked and Insured at no extra cost, worldwide shipping can also be arranged at an extra fee, and custom sizes, and compositions are also available upon request. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of the artwork. ***Customs charges may occur for international sales – please be aware of this when making a large purchase as it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay any import/customs fees required.
